We have added two beautiful glass colors to our Mazel Tov Wedding Glass palette and are excited to share them. It has taken several years and many color samples to find a Perfect Pink and a Real Red.

Notice the white velvet bag embroidered with our Mazel Tov Glass logo in silver thread. It was important for us to find a way to manufacture our smash glass bags in New York City. It was a challenging task but we succeeded. Each Mazel Tov Glass is wrapped in its own bag. When your heirloom piece is created and mailed to you, your bag will also be returned.

Marriage Equality Meets Mazel Tov Glass

There is lots of excitement in NYC since the marriage equality bill has been passed and many wedding celebrations are being planned. The breaking of the glass under the chupah is a Jewish ritual, but it is not a religious one. Several same sex couples have chosen to incorporate this smashing the glass ritual into their wedding ceremonies. The brides or grooms each choose a different color wedding glass to break. We then combine the colored shards to make a keepsake heirloom piece.
The first weekend in October we sold Something Special Packages to 3 couples planning their weddings.

Valentine's Day is approaching and it is a popular time of year for getting engaged and planning a wedding. Our New Web Site Is Up and Running

It has been a year long journey but our new web site is up and running. We have some tweaking to do but basically the site looks great. In addition to our standard shapes we have created several new designs. We have also developed designs that will display non Mazel Tov Glass shards. Our shopping cart feature allows our customers to place their orders online and pay by credit card via paypal. You can still download our order form to pay by check. Autumn Updates

The Mazel Tov Glass team has been very busy the past few months. We were finally able to begin working at Brooklyn Glass and we had many Mazel Tov Glass heirloom pieces to create. We thank our very patient customers. It took us a month to settle in and adjust to the new hot shop structure. We have caught up now.

Over the summer we were busy collaborating on our new web site to be launched shortly. We have several new designs and engraving fonts to share.

Mazel Tov Glass takes a holiday

Mazel Tov Glass is taking a Labor Day Week vacation. When we start up again on Sept 12th we'll be working in a new studio called Brooklyn Arts. We'll have manufactured our very own Mazel Tov Glass bags, right in NYC, and our new website will be launched in early October and will display our new designs and have a shopping cart feature.

Mazel Tov Glass: A Unique Wedding Product

We are three friends who have blown glass together for many years. Several years ago we were invited to a wedding and wanted to come up with a unique gift that would mean more than the traditional wedding registry present.

We chose to make a colorful blown Mazel Tov wedding glass to be stepped on beneath the chuppah, but a pile of broken glass shards is not a good wedding gift. So we came up with the idea to use the colorful broken pieces to create the first Mazel Tov Glass Heirloom vase.

The buzz around our unique gift continues to grow. We receive requests for custom, hand-blown Wedding Glasses from across the country and we would like to produce this unique personalized gift for you too.
